[Rancher] Does my support subscription to Rancher include support for Longhorn?

Situation

A customer with an active Rancher Prime subscription needs to know if Longhorn is covered under their existing support Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Resolution

No, a standard subscription to Rancher Prime does not automatically include support for Longhorn.

Because Longhorn is a standalone, enterprise-grade storage solution, a separate commercial subscription (Longhorn Add-on) is required to receive SLA-based technical support.
