EMEA Support Business Hours for Rancher Prime

Situation
Customers who have purchased a Standard Support Subscription for Rancher Prime, i.e., they have 12x5 coverage, are entitled to receive support during business hours as defined in the SUSE Support Handbook.
This document outlines the EMEA region holiday occasions when Standard Support Subscriptions will be serviced on the following business day.
Resolution
EMEA Support Business Hours as defined in the SUSE Support Handbook:
6 AM to 6 PM Central European Time - Monday to Friday
Business Hours exclude the following Public holidays for the region:
