[Rancher] Does my support subscription to Rancher include support for Longhorn?

Resolution

No, a subscription to Rancher Prime does not include support for Longhorn. With the general availability of Longhorn in June 2020, a separate commercial subscription to an add-on plan is needed to receive SLA-based support for Longhorn. 
Customers are invited to contact their account executives to learn about opportunities for Longhorn support.
