English is the official language in which support is delivered to global customers, with the exception of China, where it is in Chinese.
If it is deemed helpful and necessary, SUSE Rancher Support will engage colleagues, from our Premium Support, Consulting, and Customer Success teams, who are fluent in specific local languages for assistance on a case.
Customers are invited to work with their account teams for engaging specific services on their behalf too.
