Do SUSE employees have the credentials to my “admin” account?

Resolution

When your Rancher Hosted Prime environment is first provisioned, an admin account and password are provided to you. You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in. From this point on, SUSE employees do not have a login account for your Rancher Hosted Prime environment.
